Vi læste alle åbne jobopslag på de offentlige Greenhouse-, Lever- og Ashby-sider hos 1.333 softwarevirksomheder den 29. oktober 2026: 45.496 opslag, 39.564 efter at dubletter, praktikpladser og næsten tomme opslag var fjernet. Et opslag tæller, når en sætning om personens eget arbejde beder dem om at bruge AI.

- Hvad der tællerEn sætning der nævner et AI-værktøj (ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Cursor og andre) eller siger ”AI tools”, ”AI-assisted”, ”AI fluency” og lignende, om personens eget arbejde. Ikke: linjer om virksomhedens produkt eller kunder, dens regler om AI i ansøgninger, eller et værktøj der deler navn med virksomheden. Opslag om at bygge AI, for eksempel at træne modeller (2 % af opslagene), tælles for sig.
- Tekst for hele virksomhedenEn sætning i mindst 30 % af en virksomheds opslag tæller én gang for virksomheden, ikke én gang pr. opslag. Vi læste alle 128 sådanne sætninger i hånden; 46 siger at alle forventes at bruge AI.
- Rolle og kravRollen kommer fra jobtitlen, efter regler; 4.867 opslag passer ikke til nogen rolle. Et ønske er et krav, når sætningen siger must, required, expected, daily, proficient eller experience with.
- BegrænsningerMatchningen sker efter regler, så de reelle andele er sandsynligvis nogle point lavere end vist. Vi har ikke målt hvor mange ønsker reglerne overså. 67 % af opslagene blev slået op inden for de seneste 90 dage.

Hvor stor en andel af jobopslag beder om AI-kompetencer i 2026?
I vores optælling af 39.564 jobopslag hos 1.333 softwarevirksomheder den 29. oktober 2026 bad 25 % kandidaterne om at bruge AI i arbejdet, og 10 % sagde det som et krav. Det er langt højere end optællinger af alle amerikanske jobopslag, som omfatter sygepleje, detailhandel, chaufførarbejde og andre job der sjældent beder om AI.
Hvilke job beder oftest om AI-kompetencer?
Design (46 % af opslagene), derefter marketing (34 %), udvikling (30 %), produkt (31 %), HR og rekruttering (30 %) og økonomi (29 %). Salg bad mindst om det, med 17 %.
Beder ikke-tekniske job om AI-kompetencer?
Ja, næsten lige så ofte som tekniske: 29 % af økonomiopslag og 30 % af opslag inden for HR og rekruttering, mod 30 % af udviklingsopslag.
Hvilke AI-værktøjer nævner jobopslag?
Kun 24 % af de opslag der beder om AI, nævner et værktøj. Claude nævnes mest (1177 opslag), derefter Claude Code (888) og Cursor (806).
