AI interview questions for non-technical roles.
28 questions for seven roles whose job ads ask for AI: design, finance, people and recruiting, legal, operations, customer support and sales. Each role starts with a line from a real job ad. Each question says what a good answer sounds like.
Pick two for the role. Ask for a specific example every time. A vague answer is the signal.

How to test AI skillsQuestions about AI interview questions
What questions should you ask candidates about AI?
Ask about a specific moment: when the AI was wrong, what they checked, what they decided themselves. “Do you use ChatGPT?” tells you nothing. Everyone says yes.
What does a good answer to an AI interview question sound like?
A specific example, the check that caught the problem, and a limit they keep to. A vague or general answer is the signal.
How many AI questions should an interview include?
Two or three, picked for the role, with a follow-up on each. Then test it with a real task.
Can candidates rehearse answers to AI interview questions?
Yes, which is why answers aren’t enough. A short task with their own AI tool shows how they actually work.
