How we ran the agent audit

The agent applied as Robin Vale, a candidate we made up, with a test CV and cover letter. It stopped at the submit button and never sent an application. Times include the agent reading the page and deciding what to type.

Most of these forms run a captcha in the background that only checks when you submit. We never submitted, so we can't say whether it would have stopped the agent. We count it as present, not as a block.
